Pile of Quarters

You are given 100 quarters.
You are told that 10 of them are tails and 90 are heads.
You are blindfolded.
Your job is to produce 2 piles of quarters with an equal number of tails in each.

Notes:
- The TOTAL number of quarters in each pile does not have to be the same; only the number of tails needs to be the same.
- You cannot use the trivial case of 2 piles with zero quarters each.
- You cannot see, but you can pick up, flip, throw away, stack, etc.
